Terms of Service

1.1 Membership Fee
The monthly membership fee for SOLMAFIA is $100 (the “Fee”). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to pay the Fee, which grants you access to our private Discord community for one month.

1.2 Recurring Billing
Unless otherwise specified or agreed, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you provide is valid and up to date.

1.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 48-hour refund policy from the time of initial purchase (“Refund Period”). To request a refund, you must contact us in writing (e.g., via email or support ticket) within 48 hours of your initial purchase.
After the Refund Period has elapsed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

1.4 Termination of Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, there are no prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel after the Refund Period has passed, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.1 Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All information, content, and materials provided within SOLMAFIA (the “Content”) are for educational and informational purposes only. None of the Content should be considered financial, legal, or investment advice.

Trading and investing in cryptocurrencies, especially memecoins, can be highly speculative and involves significant risks. You acknowledge and understand that:Past performance of any crypto asset or strategy does not guarantee future results.You should conduct your own research and due diligence.You should consult with a qualified financial advisor or professional before making any financial decisions.

2.3 No Liability for Losses
You agree that SOLMAFIA, its owners, administrators, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other claims arising out of your use of the information provided. You acknowledge that any trading or investment decisions you make are solely at your own risk.

3.1 Proprietary Rights
All Content provided in the Discord server, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and any other materials, is owned by or licensed to SOLMAFIA. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish such Content without express written permission.

3.2 Personal, Non-Transferable License
Your membership grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content. You agree not to share, resell, or otherwise disclose any Content to third parties without prior written consent.

3.3 User-Generated Content
Members may have the ability to post comments, ideas, or other materials (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you:Grant SOLMAFIA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.
Warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to your User Content and that posting it does not violate any law or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4.1 Community Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and adhere to all rules outlined in the Discord server. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

4.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that:Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
Spread false information or impersonate any person or entity.
Promote scams or unauthorized commercial solicitations.

4.3 Right to Remove or Restrict Access
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any content or restrict or terminate access of any user who violates these Terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service, including all Content, is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.2 No Guarantees of Success
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, financial results, or investment returns. Any statements about potential profits or success are expressions of opinion and are not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLMAFIA, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding any claim.
